SF/2L – Unloader for horizontal kilns with bidirectional exit

The SF machine was designed and built to transport tiles exiting the kiln to automatically feed any machine located downstream of it.

SF is modular in design, simple to operate and maintain. Parts subject to wear are minimal and easily replaceable.

There are three models of the SF machine:

1. SF/N composed of
   • Tile transport roller conveyor with double motorization
   • Double pneumatic equalization barriers group
   • Motorized side conveyor belt group
2. SF/L composed of
   • Tile transport roller conveyor with double motorization
   • Double pneumatic equalization barriers group
   • Pneumatic belt conveyor unit for one way tile transport
3. SF/2L composed of
   • Tile transport roller conveyor with double motorization
   • Double pneumatic equalization barriers group
   • Pneumatic belt conveyor for bidirectional tile transport

Various versions are available based on the size of the tiles to be treated.
