CF/L – Kiln loading machine with compensator

The CF/L machine was designed to transport tiles coming from a belt conveyor line and to vary their direction by 90° to the right or left on the transport roller conveyor that feeds the kiln.

The CF/L is modular in design, simple to operate and maintain. Wear parts are minimal and easily replaceable.

There are two models of the CF/L machine:

1. CF/L composed of
   • Connection pulley group
   • Unidirectional side conveyor belt group
   • Belt lifting group
   • Motorized transport roller conveyor
   • Roller conveyor for placing tiles at the kiln entrance
     
     
2. CF/2L composed of
   • Connecting pulley groups
   • Bi-directional side conveyor belt group
   • Belt lifting group
   • Motorized transport roller conveyor
   • Roller conveyor for placing tiles at the kiln entrance

Various versions are available based on the size of the tiles to be treated.
