FTF – Row former

The FTF machine was designed and built to form rows of tiles on a line of equal length and number of tiles that compose it. Therefore, it allows to supply the downstream line automatically with sets of rows of identical tiles without the need to stop the line. Therefore, it allows the downstream line to be automatically fed with sets of identical tile rows without the need to stop the line.

FTF has a modular design, is easy to use and maintain. Wear parts are few and easily replaceable.

FTF is composed of:

• No. 2 groups of independent row forming belts
• Tile guide group
• Group below the belt
• Independent control panel (if installed)

Different versions are available depending on the size of the tiles to be treated.
